VIRTUAL SURGICAL PLANNING
Using patient CT DICOM data and guided by the surgeon’s instructions, we can create a digital plan of the procedure that can then be 3D printed as a physical model for intraoperative use.

We can design an assortment of patient specific instrumentation and implants based on the specific case. These include but are not limited to drill positioning guides, cutting guides, and orthognathic splints.

Case-specific training models for academic or research use can be created using the CT DICOM data. This enables deeper exploration of niche cases. Design can be adapted to a specific training setup.
As an example, we can design bone models with optimized cortical thickness to simulate realistic drill bite for instrumentation simulation.
3D PRINTING
Design outputs for your cases can be sent to university-based laboratories (e.g. UP SIBOL) for fabrication via 3D printing. We can arrange fabrication on the client’s behalf.
